Ananta Ripa Ajmera is an award-winning author, spiritual teacher, Ayurveda practitioner and yoga instructor who believes that the greatest teachers are those who push you to own your true power. Having completed over 12 years of deep study with master lineage-based teachers from the Vedic spiritual tradition that gifted the world Yoga, Ananta writes about, teaches and leads spiritual wellness seekers worldwide on journeys from darkness to light in a way that seamlessly blends ancient spirituality with modern psychology and healthy living.

She is co-founder and CEO of The Ancient Way, an organization that supports you to embody ancient wisdom to unfold your true Self. Ananta is host of the True to Yourself Podcast and Advisor of Ayurveda at THE WELL, a modern wellness club, where she works with a team of integrative medical practitioners. Her recent book, The Way of the Goddess (Penguin Random House TarcherPerigee, 2022), won a Firebird Book Award and The Ayurveda Way (Storey Publishing, 2017) won a Foreword INDIES Gold Book Award and a Nautilus Silver Book Award. Ananta has taught at Stanford Medical School, NYU and UNICEF, presents at festivals like the Sedona Yoga Festival and the Mind Body Spirit Festival (U.K.'s largest wellness festival) and is regularly featured in publications like Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Yoga Journal, MindBodyGreen, Forbes and more.
